Tri-Fold Ring covers: an original design by Bruce's Custom Covers. In the hem of each cover there is a spring steel band. This helps the cover retain a round shape, and allows for much easier installation. The intake cover can be easily and quickly installed without reaching over the top of the nacelle. Each cover folds like a band saw blade, into three nesting rings, which can be quickly stowed in the duffle bag provided. When taken out of the bag, the covers immediately pop into shape, ready to install. Covers are made of medium weight nylon, backcoated with urethane finish. This material is water repellent as well as heat, stain, and weather resistant. It is available in a variety of colors to match the aircraft trim, and the aircraft registration or company logo can be silkscreened onto the cover for an extra charge. Each cover comes with a duffle bag for convenient storage.

The Boeing 737 intake cover fastens to the nacelle in 4 places. At each location a plastic-coated steel hook at the end of a sturdy strap attaches to the trailing edge of the bypass vent. All of the straps leading to these attach points are adjustable in length for a tighter fit. Made of medium weight nylon, available in a variety of colors, the covers are extremely heat resistant, abrasion resistant and water repellent. A small screen mesh opening is sewn into the middle of the cover to allow air to pass through. This prevents wind from ballooning the cover and blowing it off.
